Holistic Health Practice — what does this mean and how does it differ from the conventional medical approach to illness and health management? Dr Elen Ap Thomas will explore this more proactive approach, which uses the best of conventional medicine and overlays it with complementary therapies and principles.

Dr Ap Thomas has been practicing as a general practitioner for over 15 years and practices integrative medicine which is a combination of conventional and complementary medical practices that addresses the underlying causes of disease as well as the symptoms.
